SSC GD Physical Test Date 2024Staff Selection Commission conduct SSC GD Physical Test. All the students who have been selected will have to appear in the physical test. There will be two stages for the physical test. First of all, you will have a physical endurance test, after that physical standard test. After passing both the exams, your medical examination will be taken, only after that you will be selected.

The height requirement for male students is 170 cms and for female students the height requirement is 157 cms.

SSC GD Physical Test Date

The commission released the provisional answer key on April 3. the commission will issue the final answer key along with the CBT result. Candidates who pass the exam will be summoned for the physical test. The SSC GD Physical Test 2024 Date will be announced in due course. We will notify you once the commission announces SSC GD PET Date on its website.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Details for SSC GD Constable Exam

For Male Candidates

  • Long Jump: Required to jump a distance of 11 feet. Each candidate is given three chances to meet or exceed this distance.
  • High Jump: Must clear a height of 3 1/2 feet, with three attempts allowed.

For Female Candidates

  • Long Jump: The requirement is to jump 9 feet, with three opportunities provided.
  • High Jump: Need to clear 3 feet, again with three chances.

For Ex-servicemen

They are exempt from the PET but must pass the Medical Examination.

For Ladakh Region

  • Male Candidates:
    • 1 Mile race in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
    • Long Jump -11 feet, with three attempts.
    • High Jump – 3 1/2 feet, with three chances.
  • Female Candidates:
    • 800 Meter race in 4 minutes.
    • Long Jump – 9 feet, with three attempts.
    • High Jump – 3 feet, with three opportunities.
