Selection Process taken a personal interview after which you will be selected for this post.
Interview.
The selection criteria will include technical and professional proficiency, as well as assessments of personality, communication, and competency. Merit lists will be prepared based on interview performance, with candidates needing to secure a minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates against reserved posts). Appointment of selected candidates will be subject to their medical fitness as per RITES rules and standards.
