Educational Qualification

Name of the Posts	Education Qualification
General Manager (Corporate Strategy)	Candidates have to complete a Bachelor’s Degree / Post-graduation in Geoscience from any recognized University/institute. Also having a minimum of 20 years post-qualification experience. Candidates with a Ph.D. / MBA degree from reputed institutes will be preferred.
General Manager (Business Development)	Candidates have to complete a Bachelor’s Degree / Post-graduation in Geoscience / Post-graduation in Economics from any recognized University/institute. Also having a minimum of 20 years post-qualification experience. Candidates with a Ph.D. / MBA degree from reputed institutes will be preferred.

Salary Structure

As per rule.

PAY & ALLOWANCES:

• Besides Basic Pay and Industrial pattern of DA, the other benefits include HRA or Company accommodation, free medical benefits for self & dependents, Gratuity/PF, House Building Loan, Vehicle Loan, Group Insurance, etc. as per rules of the company.
• Approximate total emoluments in Grade G at minimum of scale will be approximately around ₹ 2,20,000 per month.
• Provisionally selected candidate for the post will have to serve a probationary period of one year and will be confirmed in writing after successful completion of the same.
