| Joint Director (Admin) | Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Experience: Experience in personnel management with thorough knowledge of official procedure of Establishment & Accounts and General Admin. |
| Assistant Professor | Post Graduate Degree in Unani Medicine in the concerned subject failing which in the allied subject recognized under IMCC Act, 1970. |
| Resident Medical Officer (RMO) | Post Graduate Degree in Unani medicine from a recognized University/Institution in the Clinical subject recognized under the IMCC Act, 1970. |
| Administrative Officer | Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University. |
