| Director (Technical) | Officers holding an analogous post or having five years of regular service in Pay Level 12 or equivalent. Three years’ experience in civil work, planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities. |
| Under Secretary | Officers holding an analogous post or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent. Eight years’ experience in fields like policy, planning, administration, HR development, finance, and vigilance. |
| Manager/Port Administrator | Officers holding an analogous post or with five years of regular service in Pay Level 10 or equivalent. Eight years of experience in management, planning, finance, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Management is preferred. |
