ऊँची कूद	न्यूनतम 4 फीट – 5 अंक	न्यूनत्तम 3 फीट -5 अंक
लम्बी कूद	न्यूनतम 12 फीट – 5 अंक	न्यूनतम 9 फीट -5 अंक
शॉट पूट	16 पोंड – न्यूनतम 16 फीट	10 पोंड – न्यूनतम 10 फीट

तकीनीकी दक्ष शहरी गृह रक्षक अभ्यर्थी के लिए :-

हिंदी लिखित परीक्षा – 100 अंकों का होगा, इसमें 30 अंक लाना जरुरी हैं (यह परीक्षा qualifying के लिए हैं)
