Age limit
To apply, the minimum age of the student has been kept at 17 years and maximum age is 25 years. If you fall within the age limit then you can apply for these posts.

- For General, EWS, and OBC candidates:
- PCM or PCB group: Rs 900
- PCMB group: Rs 100
- For SC, ST, and female candidates:

Jharkhand CET 2024: How to Apply
To apply, first go to the official website
In the home page you will see the apply link JCECEB 2024, click on it.
The application form will open in front of you
Fill all the information carefully and check it again.
You will be asked for some documents which you will have to upload online in PDF format.
After filling all the information, you will see the submit button below, click on it and take a print out of your application form to do it in future.
You will also have to pay the application fee through online mode.
Education Qualification
Applicants who have gotten their Class 12 test with a minimum of 50 per cent of marks in science subjects are qualified to apply for the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry course.
- Subjects: Applicants must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English as mandatory subjects to be eligible.
- Marks: Applicants should have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying examination.

Exam Pattern 2024
- Exam Mode: The examination will be held through online mode.
- Medium: The medium of exam will be in English & Hindi.
- Duration of Exam: 2 hours will be provided to the Applicants for solving the question paper of Physics & Chemistry & for 1 hour for Biology & Mathematics paper.
- Type of Questions: There will be Multiple choice questions (MCQs) in the question paper.
- Total Question: The question paper will consist of 150 questions (PCM & PCB group) and 200 questions (PCMB).
- Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, 1 mark will be given. 0.25 marks will get deducted for each incorrect response.
