Salary Structure
As Per Rule.
- Lieutenant Pay Level-10 (₹56,100-1,77,500) + MSP ₹15,500.
- Captain Pay Level-10B (₹61,300-1,93,900).
- Major Pay Level-11 (₹69,400-2,07,200).
- Lieutenant Colonel Pay Level-12A (₹1,21,200-2,12,400).

The SSB interview process consists of two stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2. Those who clear Stage 1 will move on to Stage 2. Candidates who successfully clear both stages will undergo a medical examination.
The Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) retains the authority to select applications and determine the minimum percentage of marks for each Engineering discipline/stream without providing any justification. The cumulative percentage of marks until the 6th semester/3rd year of Engineering degree, until the 8th semester/4th year of B. Architecture (B. Arch), and until the 2nd semester/1st year of M.Sc in the equivalent stream/discipline should not fall below the approved cut off of 19 percentage in their respective streams.
The candidates will be shortlisted for Indian Army Recruitment 2025 on the basis of their qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview. Candidates will be put through a stage selection procedure i.e. Stage 1 and Stage 2. The interview will be conducted at Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Jalandhar Cantt (Punjab).
