IIT JAM 2024 Registration Exam Date Extended – The registration date has been extended by the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Earlier the last date of registration was kept as 20th October 2023, now it has been extended to Wednesday 25th October 2023. All the students who have not been able to register for IIT JAM 2024 till now, should register themselves before 25th October by visiting the official website.

The entrance exam of IIT JAM 2024 will be held for admission in about 3,000 seats at IITs, and 2,000 seats at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The admissions will be done in the programmes including MSc, MSc (tech), MS Research, MSc- MTech, dual degree, joint MSc-PhD and MSc- PhD dual degree.
Application Fee
- The Other Category JAM 2024 Application fee (for one test paper) is INR 1800 and For two test papers is INR 2500.
- The female/SC/ST JAM 2024 Application fee – (for one test paper) is INR 900 and For two test papers is INR 1250.

The registration form will open in front of you. Read this form carefully and fill all the information asked.
Now if you do not have application fee according to your category then you can pay the application fee through online medium.
Then finally click on the submit button and in this way you can easily do your registration.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification
The educational qualification for IIT JAM 2024 is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.

Examination will be conducted over seven subjects – Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH).
