Junior Research Fellow	Candidates must have done B.E. B.Tech (Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Applied Electronics/ Signal Processing/ Microwave/ Microelectronica/ Microwave Engg/ Power Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Controls and similar disciplines) in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR  Candidates must have done M.Sc. in Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Applied Electronics/ Signal Processing/ Microwave/ Microelectronics/ Microwave Engg./ Power Electronics Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Controls and similar disciplines in first division with NET qualification. OR Candidates must have done M. Tech/M.E. Junior Research Fellow	Candidates must have done B.E. B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering) in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR Candidates must have done M. Tech/M.E. (Aerospace Engineering) in first division at both Graduate and Post graduate level BE B.Tech (Polymer Engineering) in first division.
Research Associate	Candidates must have done PhD (Electronics Engg) from reputed institution or ME/ MTech with minimum 03 years of R&D experience in an institute of reputed institution. Candidates who have submitted their PhD theses may also apply. However, the Research Associateship shall be awarded only after the candidate has been awarded the degree. before the expiry of the validity of the award offer. Candidate must have at least one research paper publication in standard refereed journal as listed in Journal Citation Report (JCR) or Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
