(ii) Registered as an Architect with the Council of Architecture under the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972).	Three years of experience in building design, construction, and civil works implementation.	(i) Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or Institute; or (ii) Master of Arts in Architectural Conservation or Building Conservation from a recognized University or Institute.
Deputy Superintending Archaeological Engineer	Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.	Three years of experience in planning, executing, and maintaining civil engineering projects in the public sector or at historical or archaeological sites.	–
Professor (Chemical Engineering)	Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.	Twelve years of research, practical, or teaching experience in Chemical Engineering or experience in designing or operating a Sugar Factory or Chemical Plant.	(i) Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) Experience in a managerial role in the sugar industry or related fields. (iii) Published research studies in the field of Chemical Engineering.
Scientific Officer (Non-Destructive)	(i) Master’s Degree in Physics or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institute. (ii) One year’s experience in a Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory or one year’s experience in X-Ray Diffraction or investigation work on failure of engineering materials by non-destructive and metallographic methods.	–	–

Assistant Director (Safety)	Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Marine, Production, Industrial, Instrumentation, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication from a recognized University or Institute.	Three years of experience overseeing industrial safety in a ship, port, factory, construction site, or industrial concern conducting chemical and physical tests on textiles, a research laboratory, a technical institution, or a government department handling the administration of the Workers (Safety, Health & Welfare) Act 1986, the Factories Act 1948, or the Building and Other Construction Workers Act 1996. Two years of experience in core mining activity in: (i) Supervisory position in Metalliferous (Non-coal) mines, including as Graduate or Management or Junior Trainee Engineer; or (ii) Government Department dealing with mines and minerals in Level-6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400-1,12,400) or above.	M.E./M.Tech. in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Assistant Research Officer	(i) Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Mineral Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy; or (ii) Master’s Degree in Ore Dressing, Mineral Processing, Geology, Physics, or Chemistry from a recognized University or Institute.	Two years of experience in mineral beneficiation or mineral characterization for beneficiation of ores and minerals from a recognized laboratory or beneficiation plant.	M.Tech. in Mineral Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
Senior Assistant Controller of Mines	(A) (i) Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. (ii) Five years of experience in core mining activity in: (a) Managerial position in Metalliferous (Non-coal) mines, including as Graduate or Management or Junior Trainee Engineer; or (b) Government department dealing with mines and minerals as a Gazetted Officer. OR (B) (i) Master of Engineering/Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. (ii) Three years of experience in core mining activity in a managerial position in Metalliferous (Non-coal) mines or as a Gazetted Officer in a government department dealing with mines and minerals.	–	–
Engineer & Ship Surveyor – Deputy Director General (Technical)	Certificate of Competency as Marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam, Motor, or Combined Steam and Motor) as specified in Section 78 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958, or equivalent as specified in Section 86 of the Act.
