Education Qualification

To apply this post Candidates should have Passed (complete) Degree from any of the recognized boards or Universities.

1. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any University recognized by UGC / Government on or before the date of Notification.
2. The Bachelor’s Degree should have been obtained in the following patterns: –
   1. After completion of SSLC and Higher Secondary course in the order of 10+2+3 / 4 / 5 pattern OR
   2. After completion of SSLC and Diploma in the order of 10+3+2 / 10+3+3 pattern OR
   3. After completion of SSLC and 2 years ITI in the order of 10+2+3 pattern.
3. A Bachelor’s Degree can be obtained from Open University / Distance Education / College. However, candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s Degree through Open Universities directly without going through above mentioned patterns will not be eligible.

Note: Candidates who have passed 10th standard directly without studying 9 th standard or passed 12th standard directly without studying 11th standard are not eligible.

Age Limit

To apply, the Minimum and Maximum age of the candidate should be 20 Years to 30 Years.

Candidates must have born on or after 02.07.1995 and on or before 01.07.2005.

For Open Candidates

• The written exam comprises two parts: Part 1 for the Tamil Eligibility Test and Part 2 for the Mains Written Exam.
• Candidates must score 40 marks in Part 1 (the Tamil eligibility test) and 25 marks (35%) in Part 2.
• The duration of Part 1 is 1 hour 40 minutes and the duration of Part 2 is 2½ hours.
• The Tamil Eligibility Test is qualifying in nature, while the Main Written Examination is scoring.
