This role is designed for an elite coach with proven international experience and expertise in high-performance archery training. The coach will play a strategic role in developing athletes capable of podium finishes at global events, ensuring they meet international benchmarks and close the gap with leading archery nations.
The selected coach will:
- Drive Olympic-focused training programs with clear milestones leading up to Los Angeles 2028.
- Implement advanced techniques, mental conditioning, and performance analytics to prepare athletes for high-pressure environments.
- Provide specialized inputs based on global best practices, ensuring our athletes consistently perform at medal-winning standards.
- Collaborate with sports science teams to optimize physical, technical, and psychological readiness.
- Foster a culture of excellence and resilience, enabling athletes to transition from national dominance to international medal success.
