Education Qualification
Candidates must have passed the 12th standard or its equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.
Candidates planning to take the exam must have a 10+2 diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognised university or board. |
During the SSC Stenographer application procedure, candidates must provide original certifications, such as mark sheets and provisional certificates from intermediate, higher secondary, or senior secondary schools. |
For positions and services provided by the Central Government, all degrees—including technical education degrees and diplomas earned through open and distance learning from universities—are accepted. Verification of their clearance by the Distance Education Bureau of the University Grants Commission is required. |
