Accounts Officera) Officers under Central Government:- i) Regularly holding a similar post in the parent cadre/department
or
ii) with 5 years of service in the given grade after appointment on pay level-5 or equivalent regular basis in the parent cadre/department;

b) Possessing any of the following qualifications:- i) Passed SAS or equivalent examination conducted by any of the Organized Accounts Departments of the Central Government;
ii) Successful completion of training in Cash and Accounts Work at ISTM or equivalent training course and minimum 3 years experience in Cash, Accounts, and Budgeting work.
