Salary
What is the salary for the posts?
- Group ‘C’ (Level-2): ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 per month.
- Group ‘D’ (Level-1): ₹18,000 – ₹59,200 per month.

Educational Qualification
Candidates have minimum educational qualification – 10th Pass to Graduate
Essential Qualification:
(i) Group ‘C’ (Level-2):
- 12th (+2 stage) with at least 50% marks from a recognized board (50% marks not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen).
- Graduates/Postgraduates are also eligible.
- Typing Proficiency: Candidates for Clerk-cum-Typist positions must acquire a typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi within two years of appointment.
(2) Group ‘D’ (Level-1):
- 10th pass OR ITI/National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Scouts and Guides Qualifications (Both Levels)
- A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder.
- Active membership in a Scouts Organization for at least 5 years.
- Participation in two National/All Indian Railway events and two State-level events.
Required Documents
- Passport-sized photograph – Candidates need to upload a recent passport-sized photograph with a specified size and format.
- Identity Proof – A valid identity proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or voter ID may be required to establish the candidate’s identity.
