Educational Qualification
A degree from a recognized university or institute is essential.
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): MBA (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Library & Information Assistant: Graduate in Library Science from a recognized institution.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi and English or equivalent qualification as per official notice.
- Accountant: Graduate with CA/CMA (Intermediate).
- Stenographer: Bachelor’s Degree with typing speed of 80 w.p.m (English/Hindi).
Eligibility Criteria
- Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): A regular degree from a recognized university or institution. Master of Business Administration (Finance)
- Library & Information Assistant: A graduate in Library Science from a recognized university or institution.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized University in Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level. OR Master’s degree from a recognized University in English and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level. OR Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level. OR Master’s degree from a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Graduation level.
- Accountant: A graduate degree from a recognized university or institution; and Intermediate in Chartered Accountancy (CA); Intermediate in Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- Stenographer: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institution. A 5-minute dictation at a speed of 80 words per minute (English or Hindi) and transcription time (on computer only) will be 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
Salary Structure
As per rule. Salary Rs.15600 – 39100/- (equivalent to Level 11 in Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) for posts in this Group.
