Educational Qualification

Posts	Qualification
Chief General Manager (Legal)	Candidates must hold a law degree from a recognized university or institute.
General Manager (Finance)	Candidates must hold a degree in commerce/accounting from a recognized institution, an ICAI/ICWAI/MBA (Finance) from a recognized university/institute, or be a member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/Accounts related service of the Central or State Governments.
General Manager (Land Acquisition and Estate Management)	The candidates must hold a degree from a recognized university or institute.
Hindi Translator	The applicants should have a Master’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level.

Salary Structure

As per rule. Salary Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 1,25,000/-

General Manager (Land Acquisition and Estate Management)	PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with GP of Rs.8700 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-13 (Rs.123100-215900) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Hindi Translator	PB-2 (Rs.9300- 34800) with GP of Rs.4800 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Junior Hindi Translator	PB-2 (Rs.9300- 34800) with GP of Rs.4200 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
