Eligibility Details
- For Class 1 – Child must be age of 6 Years as of March 31, 2025
- For Balvatika Level 1 – Child age should be between 3 – 4 Years
- Balvatika Level 2 – Child age should be between 4 – 5 Years
- Balvatika Level 3 – Child age should be between 5 – 6 Years
Date of Birth is 01 April
- For KVS Class I Admission 2026 Age Limit 6-8 Years as on 31/03/2025.
- For KVS Class II to Other Classes Admission 2025 : Candidates Must be Read the Notification Regarding Other Courses Admission Details.
- Must have all the documents asked in KVS Balvatika Admission 2025-26.

How to Apply
If you want to apply online in your school organization, first go to the official website.
- First of all, go to the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Login Tab
- Now, enter the Login id, DOB, mobile no. and the captcha code
- After that, click on the Login button to get logged in to your registered account
- Once you are successfully logged in, the application form will open on the screen
- Now, fill in the form with all the required details like Parent’s Detail, Choice of Schools, etc
- After that, upload all the required documents
- Finally, click on the Submit button
- Once you will click on the Submit button, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the received OTP for verification
- After successful verification, the application process will be completed
- Finally, take the printout of the application form for future reference.

- First of all, go to the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan i.e., https://www.kvsangathan.nic.in/
- The homepage of the website will open on the screen.
- Now from the homepage, click on the print application form option.
- A new page will open on the screen.
- Enter the details like login code, date of birth, and mobile number in the application form.
- Now click on the login option and get yourself logged in.
- Click on the print option to download your application form.

| Candidates must have completed Kindergarten (KG) or an equivalent pre-primary education from a recognized school. KVS does not conduct an entrance exam for Class 1 admission. Before applying, candidates should read the official guidelines carefully. |
Documents Required
- A valid mobile number with Indian SIM card.
- A valid email address.
- A digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB).
- A scan copy of the child’s birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 256KB).
- Details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section (EWS).
- Transfer details of parent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
