| 2. Trade Apprentice (Fitter) – Mechanical Stream – Matric (10th) with ITI in Fitter Trade of minimum 2 years duration with Pass class |
| 3. Trade Apprentice (Boiler) – Mechanical Stream- 3 years Bachelor of Science (B Sc.) ( Chemistry, Maths, Physics, or Industrial Chemistry) |
| 4. Technician Apprentice – Chemical Stream – 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engg./Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology / Refinery and Petrochemical Engg. |
| 5. Technician Apprentice – Mechanical Stream- 3 years Diploma Holder in Mechanical Engg. |
