Educational Qualification

To apply on this post, The candidates should have a Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Law with 50% of marks from recognized Board or University.

For Superintendent(Admn)-

• Officers under the Central Government Departments or Organisations-
• Officers under the Central Board of Direct Taxes, GST, Customs, Narcotics Department, Directorate of Enforcement and Central Police Organizations.
  Holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with three years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 (pre-revised). OR
• With six years of regular service in the pay scale of Rs.5000-8000 (pre-revised). And
  The candidate should have 02 years of experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.

For Inspector-

• Officers under the Central Government Organisations: Departments or Eligibility-
• Inspector of Income-tax or Customs and GST (previously Central Excise) or Narcotics (Central Bureau of Narcotics or Narcotics Control Bureau) or Assistant Enforcement Officer or Sub-Inspector of Central Police organization, Central Bureau of Investigation. OR
• Head Clerks or Tax Assistants or Upper Division Clerks of Income- tax, GST (previously Central Excise) and Customs Departments who have qualified in the Departmental Examination for promotion to the grade of Inspector in the respective Departments. Officials with a flair for Income-tax Act, Customs Act, Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act will be given preference.
