Educational Qualification & Experience
- Dy. Manager (Mechanical) (for Erection):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engg./Production & Industrial Engg./Thermal/Mechanical & Automation/Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience (including Trainee period if regularized in the same org) with at least 3 years in project supervision/management/execution involving erection/testing/commissioning of boilers/turbines/auxiliaries in coal-based thermal power projects (210 MW+). Super critical thermal power station experience is preferable.
- Dy. Manager (Civil) (for Construction):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Executive cadre (including Trainee period if regularized in the same org) with at least 3 years in project supervision/management/execution in large infrastructure projects/industries, specifically civil works for packages like chimney, Cooling Tower, foundations, CHP, AHP, Railway corridor, switchyard etc. Super critical thermal power station experience is preferable.
- Dy. Manager (Electrical) (for Erection):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Electronics/Power Engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Executive cadre (including Trainee period if regularized in the same org) with at least 3 years in project supervision/management/execution involving site erection of electrical HT/LT switchgear, substation/protection systems, motors, cables etc. Power sector/super critical thermal power station experience is preferable.
- Dy. Manager (C&I) (for Erection):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control/Instrumentation/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Executive cadre (including Trainee period if regularized in the same org) with at least 3 years in continuous process industries (like refineries/power stations) involving C&I Erection/Commissioning/Operation & Maintenance of C&I Systems with experience in DCS/PLC. Experience in coal-based thermal stations with state-of-the-art DCS and super critical stations is preferable.
- Dy. Manager (Safety):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Instrumentation with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwD).
- AND Degree or diploma or certificate in industrial safety from Regional Labour Institute/ Central Labour Institute/ State Labour Institute (West Bengal & Jharkhand only).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in Executive cadre (including Trainee period if regularized in the same org) with at least 3 years in planning, designing, implementing, and monitoring occupational safety parameters, statutory requirements, ergonomics etc. Knowledge of safety standards & experience in ISO 45001 implementation in thermal power stations is preferable.
- Dy. Manager (Environment Management):
- Full-time Graduate Engineering degree in Environment Management (4 Years course) OR Graduate with full-time PG Degree/PG Diploma/M.Sc/M.Tech in Environment Engineering/Environment Science/Environmental System Management with minimum 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years supervising/managing environmental systems, including measurement, monitoring, and control in large industries (power/oil & gas/manufacturing). Knowledge/experience of ash utilization, sustainability initiatives, ISO14001, and statutory environmental compliance is preferred.
