Education qualification –

Candidates should have graduation degree.

JRF	Applicant must have a B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engg/Electronics/Electrical and  Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication in 1 Division with Valid NET/GATE qualification (OR) ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication/ Electronics/Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication Engg in 1st Division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level.
RA	Applicant must have a PhD in Physics, or M. Tech/ME in Physics with 02 years, of experience in research, teaching, Design and  Development Degree should be in First Division wherever Division or equivalent grading is awarded.
