National Testing Agency NTA has started the process of inviting applications for the University Entrance Test CUET 2024. Every student has to pass this exam to get admission in the Central and other participating university institutes. Talking about the application process, the application process will start on 26th December 2024 and candidates can apply till 24th January 2024.
In the year 2024, there have been some changes in the CUET PG 2024 notification. It is important for you to be aware about this. If you appear in this examination then you should be aware of all the changes. So let us discuss all the major changes.
Exam duration
The duration of the exam for the CUET PG 2024 exams has been changed to is 1 hour and 45 minutes i.e. 105 minutes from the earlier 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes exams. This year, the exam will also be held in 3 shifts. As per the CUET PG information bulletin, the exams will be held in three shifts: 9 am-10.45 am, 12.45 pm- 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm – 6.15 pm.
CUET (PG) 2024 Application Fees
For applicants outside India, the application fee is Rs 6000 and for additional paper, they have to pay Rs 2000. Earlier these fees were Rs 5000 and Rs 1500 respectively.

CUET (PG) 2024 Exam Centres
This year NTA has reduced the number of exam cities in India. Now The CUET PG will be conducted in 300 cities which was 313 cities in 2023. However, the number of overseas exam centres will remain the same.
