MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

Particulars	Qualification / Skill set required
Candidate requirements as on September 30, 2025	1. Should have overall experience of at least 25 years in different verticals / domains in banking or financial services in India with strong expertise in the area of Credit / Risk Management / Treasury / Digital Banking / Compliance / Regulation or Supervision etc. 2. Should be currently working as Whole-time Director in any scheduled commercial Bank 3. Should have good understanding of industry and possess strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, proven track of conflict resolution, negotiation skills, empathy and compatibility. 4. Should have proven track record of leading a team of talented people and must have the vision to take the Bank to greater heights. 5. Should have a good understanding of regulatory landscape and experience in dealing with regulatory and supervisory issues.
Minimum Educational Qualification	1. Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum. 2. Candidates with added professional qualifications desirable.
Appointment tenure	On contract basis for a period of three years subject to approval of RBI
Salary	Remuneration will be as per industry standards and subject to approval of RBI.
Others	1. No vigilance case or adverse observations from RBI should be pending against the candidate identified for appointment as Managing Director & CEO 2. Knowledge of Tamil Language is highly desirable in view of Bank’s more than 60% operations from Tamilnadu.
