Salary
- Selected candidates will be placed in Grade E-1 with minimum Pay Scale of Rs 30,000/- – 3% – Rs 1,20,000 + admissible allowances.
- Tenure : The initial appointment will be for 5 years, which may be extended for 5+5 years based on individual performance and the company’s requirements.

Additional Requirements :
- Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates should have served as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) in the Army/Navy/Air Force at the time of retirement.
