Salary
- 1st year – ₹40,000 per month
- 2nd year – ₹45,000 per month
- 3rd year – ₹50,000 per month

- Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per completed year, payable as ₹1,00,000 at the end of the 4-year tenure.
