Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Selection Process

Written Exam

Interview

The first stage is an online objective test carrying 150 marks, which will assess a candidate’s proficiency in relevant subjects and banking knowledge. Based on the marks obtained in this exam, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stage, the interview, in a 1:3 ratio. The interview aims to evaluate communication skills, confidence, and suitability for the role. For the final selection, scores from both stages will be combined with a 75% weightage for the online exam and 25% for the interview.
