- Qualifications (Manager F&A): Essential: Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance, full time two years) recognized by UGC/AICTE. Desirable: Working knowledge of computer like MS office, Internet etc.
- Experience (Manager F&A): Minimum 10 years experience in Finance/Accounts/Internal Audit, with 4 years in specified equivalent scale/CTC (Min CTC in private sector should not be less than Rs. 14,99,445/- p.a. for 4 years).
- Qualifications (Company Secretary): Essential: Associate/Fellow Company Secretary-ship. Desirable: Degree in Law (Corporate Laws) OR CA/ICWA/MBA as added advantage. Working knowledge of computer like ERP, MS office etc.
- Experience (Company Secretary): Minimum 8 years Secretarial and Managerial experience, with 4 years in specified equivalent scale/CTC (Min CTC in private sector should not be less than Rs. 11,99,556/- p.a. for 4 years).
Salary Structure
As per rule. Salary Rs. 50,000 – 1,80,000/- Per Month.
- Minimum salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- Maximum salary: Rs. 1,80,000/- per month.
