| Staff Car Driver | Valid and unendorsed driving license with at least 2 years’ experience and elementary knowledge of motor mechanism. |
| Master 2nd Class | Certificate of competency as Master 2nd Class and ability to swim. |
| Master 3rd Class | Certificate of competency as Master 3rd Class (Sarang) and ability to swim. |
| Junior Accounts Officer | Degree in Commerce with 3 years’ experience in accounting, or Inter ICWA/ Inter CA from a recognized University. |
| Technical Assistant | Degree or Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Marine/ Naval Architecture with relevant experience. |
