- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions.
- Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Sales target, response time, eNPS , resolution time, customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures
